     Electrostatic corona separators

1. Electrostatic horizontal corona drum separators with horizontal drums, one, two or three-section options. These separators are designed to separate mixtures of granular materials the components of which are different in electrical conductivity or particle size, such as rare and non-ferrous metal ores, powders in powder metallurgy, molding sands, industrial mixtures, etc., with the particle size from 2.0 mm to 0.04 (0.03) mm. These are traditional separators with unit capacity of 1-2 t/h per 1 m of the length of the precipitation electrode.

2. Electrostatic corona separators with vertical drums. These separators are designed to separate mixtures of granular materials the components of which are different in electrical conductivity or particle size, such as rare and non-ferrous metal ores, powders in powder metallurgy, molding sands, industrial mixtures, etc., with the particle size from 2.0 mm to 0.04 (0.03) mm. The specific performance of these separators is 5-10 times higher than that of separators with horizontal drums. Unit capacity: 1–30 t/h.

     Pneumo-electric separators

Pneumo-electric separators are designed to separate mineral mixtures with flotation size from 0.2 to 0.010 (0.005) mm and components which differ in triboelectric properties (e.g. quartz-pyrite mixtures and their analogues, quartz-feldspar mixtures, cyanit ores, fluorite ores, etc.). Unit capacity: 1–10 t/h.

     Laboratory equipment 

The laboratory equipment is designed for conducting laboratory enrichability tests on ores of various mineral complexes by research institutions, geologists during surveys of deposits and by mining industry enterprises.
